This debut EP has taken five years to make, from writing my first song to finally realising I had to resign from my job to complete it.

Inside Man consists of an introduction and four songs that represent four basic elements that can be found inside man; the need to EXPLORE (Travelling Man) one’s environment in order to realise and find contentment with who they are as a person; the need for ENLIGHTENMENT (Simple Man) in order to understand and make sound decisions based on a holistic view of any situation; the ability to EMPATHISE (Take Your Shoes Off) with your fellow man especially in times of distress and hardship and finally the strength to ENCOURAGE (Feeling Strong) and overcome any obstacles you may face from within and be able to help others in similar situations.

I truly believe everybody is the same despite the pressures of a modern society need to over condition our thinking to the point we make ourselves appear different and divided into segments, divisions, groups... when in reality we all just want to belong, feel needed, be happy, let our hair down from time to time and be human.

The purpose of this EP is to bridge this gap and to replenish our self-confidence and urges to help ourselves and each other to overcome obstacles and rejoice in the good times.

Proceeds of the sale of Inside Man will help fund my second project 'The Love Cycle' a collection of honest songs detailing the highs and lows of real love.

Furthermore with every copy sold I shall donate 10% to the PREDA Foundation.

The PREDA Foundation is a Filipino based NGO I volunteered for in 2012; fighting for the welfare, freedom and a new life for children in jails, in brothels, in hunger, on the street, abandoned youth, and those mired in poverty. Helping battered women, indigenous people and protecting the environment and alleviating poverty by micro-credit and fair trade.
